designed for comfort, built for the sea
Following our acquisition of Hardy Marine’s assets in 2020, we continue to offer their original, well-loved and respected designs.
But we are also proud to have redefined these vessels to create the definitive family cruising environment with separate spaces and comfortable cabins for adults and children; spacious saloons, outdoor living areas, enhanced safety features and walkaround decks.
With a Hardy Motor Yacht, you can live the life to the full – sipping ice-cold champagne and dining al fresco beneath the stars; sunbathing on the flybridge, cooling down in the comfort of your air-conditioned cabin or launching your paddleboard in azure waters.
You can experience the best your home waters have to offer, circumnavigate Australia or why not really indulge your spirit of adventure and explore Asia-Pacific? Wherever you call home, can sail the high seas with confidence in a Hardy.
made in great britain
forged on legacy
Some say, the Hardy is named after Her Majesty's Royal Naval Hardy-Class Destroyer. Some say its named after a type of metal working tool used with an anvil. Whatever the case, one thing is sure, they are hard as nails and can handle the roughest of seas!
Known for their range and durability, over the past 40 plus years, the Hardy Motor Yacht brand have created more than 4,000 Motor Yachts worldwide, which ranks Hardy as one of the most prolific and iconic British boat brands.
Hardy are world-class seafaring motor yachts, encompassing exceptional strength, power and comfort. Individually built in the UK and tailored to your own requirements with options for a deck saloon or flybridge configuration, Hardy is where understated style meets performance and adventure.
In 2007, the Hardy 50 literally conquered the market and two Hardy 42s entered the fleet of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). Needless to say, if they're safe and tough enough to be lifeboats, they are more than enough to keep you and your family safe on the high seas.
"Hardys are yachts that go out to sea at a time
when others are trying to find shelter."
Hardy Motor Yachts offer customers semi-custom offshore explorers in 32-65 feet of composite semi-displacement housings, with half of the models available as Deck Salon and the other half with a flybridge. Models come with a rich base kit and an impressive option list.
The design of Hardy hulls not only allows you to withstand severe weather conditions, but also provides a smooth and comfortable ride in any sea state. In calmer waters, Hardy yachts can reach up to 30 knots, which is not available to every all-weather vessel.
Over the past 40 years the high build quality and customer support offered has resulted in many of our owners buying from us again and again, enjoying the strong resale values our boats attract.
DURABILITY in Design
Designed by both Cockwells and legendary Naval Architect Andrew Wolstenholme who has since 1977, produced a wide variety of designs ranging from Award Winning Production Powerboats to offshore explorers with several thousand examples of these boats to be seen around the world.
Andrew has designed for global brands including Gulf Craft SuperYachts and Hardy Marine.

award winning
Winner of the Best Passage Maker category at the 2019 Motor Boat & Yachting Awards, the Hardy 65DS is built to go places.
"We tested the 65 in undoubtedly the worst conditions of any test performed that year. Freezing temperatures and snow on the decks made worse by a howling Force 7 wind (61kmh); the ideal cocktail for a sea trial on a true passagemaker. The Hardy ploughed through it as if it were a Sunday afternoon jaunt on the lake"
