Air-Sport 7.0

For superyacht owners who seek a head-turning open sports tender that doubles-up as a functional crew launch, this one is for you.

Showcasing the innovation and flair for which we are renowned, the Air-Sport 7.0 combines the practical attributes of a RIB, such as inflatable tubes to fender off both mothership and quayside, with all the style and luxury of a limousine.

Spacious accommodation for ten guests and two crew incorporates a helm seat box that transforms into a champagne chiller and a fill-in cushion for the forward seating to create a snug for reclining and relaxing.

Other key features include a height-adjustable Bimini; boarding points from port, aft and starboard with a raising/lowering handrail to aid safety when embarking by the helm console, and quick-change tubes that slide off for easy maintenance.

Powered by a 250hp Yanmar diesel engine with stern drive, Air-Sport 7.0 is estimated to achieve a nifty 36 knots.

The highly regarded British boatbuilder, Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding, in fact constructed four boats for the Spanish shipyard, Freire. The Air-Sport 7.0 is one of those, securely stored on board the Renaissance, a 112m megayacht with seven decks, which holds the distinction of being the biggest private superyacht ever constructed in Spain.
